HOW IT ALL BEGAN:
In March 2024, Helen reached the end of her tether, working 14 hour shifts into the early hours of the morning in hospitality. She walked in on a Monday morning and handed in her month's notice. In that following month, she worked 24 hours a day building a cleaning business, to make sure just two days after she left hospitality, she was working full time making people's homes sparkle. And guess what... She hasn't looked back since!

Helen's ​original goal of becoming an eco friendly one man cleaning band quickly turned into receiving more enquiries she could count, thus begun the search for some lovely people to become her team.. And lucky enough, some very very lovely people came along. Growing into a team also made something quite clear for Helen, her cleaners needed to be treated by their "boss" how she'd never been treated in hospitality:

CUSTOMER MISSION:
Of course, it is equally as important for The Dust Bunny's customers to feel safe, supported, respected, and treated with care, understanding, and honesty. Helen meets every customer to ensure they have the best possible clean tailored for them and assigns a cleaner who fits into their schedule and needs. Every cleaner is fully insured, DBS checked, and very experienced, to ensure every customer has the best experience.. Helen will of course check in to make double sure afterwards too.
